Victoria Menezes Miller was born in Nairobi, Kenya, a country which has a special place in her heart. The people, places and wild life of Africa always play a prominent part in her art work bringing back nostalgic memories of her birth place.

This painting is based on a safari in 1999 in Uganda on a trip to visit the Murchison falls. The storm reminded me of many visits to the game parks in Kenya.
